Creating a more accessible workplace, together.

How can we help you?

I’m a business and I’d love to work with you

At SIC we bring our own lived experience of disability and neurodivergence to all the training and consulting that we do.

I’m disabled, neurodivergent, and/or chronically ill and I’m looking for support

We’re a social enterprise that was set up so that all the support we provide to employers helps fund free support for you. This includes free events, mentor-mentee match-making, and accessible e-learning.

Why work with SIC?

SIC operates as a not-for-profit meaning that when you work with us, money goes back into supporting disabled and neurodivergent professionals with the skills and support they need at every stage of their careers.

We use our own lived experience of disability, chronic health, and neurodivergence and bring in consultants and case studies to represent the broader intersectionality of disability.

Everything we do is always informed by the latest data and research. It’s also informed by our community’s personal experiences, not just numbers.
