How can coaching help?
Experiences of neurodivergence or disability in the workplace can be isolating and a source of anxiety for both employees and the managers who support them.
In many cases, this can lead to a loss of confidence on both sides, preventing individuals and teams from reaching their full potential.
Coaching provides a confidential space for staff and managers to explore challenges, strengths, and access needs. It enables individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, while building practical strategies to support more effective, sustainable ways of working.
For organisations that invest in coaching for their teams, outcomes include stronger working relationships, improved efficiency, increased confidence, and better staff wellbeing.

Who will my team be working with?
All our Coaches are qualified and experienced, and have lived experience of neurodivergence and/ or disability.
We recognise that everyone’s experience is unique, so we will always match them with someone with a similar experience. For example, if we’re supporting a member of your team who has just been diagnosed with autism, we will tend to match them with an autistic coach.
We will always allow the coachee to have a discovery call with their coach to check they’re a good match. If it’s not right, we can try someone else!
How much will it cost?
The Government’s Access to Work (AtW) scheme provides financial support for various coaching and training options to help disabled people secure and maintain employment. We recommend exploring funding opportunities; if eligible, the scheme may cover up to 100% of the costs.
Information for Self-Employed people.
Coaching with SIC costs £150 per hour, so for example:
A block of 5 x 90-minute Disability Impact Training sessions costs £1125
A block of 12 x one-hour Coaching sessions costs £1800

Disability Impact Training
Disability Impact Training is an opportunity for people who have recently identified or been diagnosed as neurodivergent or disabled to explore what this means for them in the workplace, develop strategies for self-support, and ask for support from others.
It can also support people whose experience of their neurodivergence or disability has changed because of a change of context, for example, during the transition from education to work.
A blended Training-Coaching approach ensures that while potentially new concepts are introduced to help the person understand their experiences and their impact, the person retains agency and is supported to develop strategies and an action plan that is individual to them.
Because each person’s identification or diagnostic journey is unique, each training programme will be co-created between the Coach and the client to meet their needs. While each programme will be different, it is typically comprised of 5 x 90-minute sessions.
Coaching for professionals
Coaching is something that gives everyone the opportunity to understand their lived experience. It enables them to increase their knowledge of their unique profile of challenges, strengths, and needs. Whether someone has been diagnosed as a child or later in life, our Coaches can support someone on their journey to self-understanding and nd self-acceptance.
Our aim is to enable someone to develop their awareness and confidence so they can advocate for their needs and create sustainable ways of working and living.
Coaching involves a blend of support and stretch to enable the coachee to move towards their personal goals, whatever their career stage.
Coaching for managers or leaders of neurodivergent team members
Coaching can be an effective way to support managers and leaders in increasing their own understanding of neurodivergence or disability, enabling them to better support themselves and their team members.
A blended Training-Coaching approach builds knowledge and understanding while ensuring that sessions focus on supporting you to develop approaches and strategies that are relevant for you, your team, and your context.
Programmes will be tailored to your current level of understanding and your developmental goals. A typical package would include 6 x 1-hour Coaching sessions.
